Ekuphileni Clinic opened its doors in June 2018 initially to fulfill Sincephetelo MVA Fund patient Diagnostic and Physiotherapy requirements. This was initiated so the Sincephetelo MVA Fund would reduce the number of patient referrals for diagnostic and physiotherapy services locally and regionally which was prolonging the lifespan of claimant file at the Fund. Taking the vision further, the fund elected to establish a unit that will NOT ONLY cater for Sincephetelo MVA Fund patients but also provide cutting-edge facilities and systems so that Government, Private or any other patients can receive Diagnostic services and Physiotherapy treatments over a wide variety of specialties within the Kingdom.

Ekuphileni Clinic, a modern state-of-the-art medical facility owned by Sincephetelo MVA Fund (SMVAF) is situated in Mbabane. Ekuphileni Clinic has been established as subsidiary of the SMVA Fund to allow those with medical aid and the general public. The Clinic currently provides clinical services, diagnostic assessments and rehabilitation services to motor vehicle accident victims as well as the general public.
